Meet Kelly, our BDM, property management enthusiast and proof that sometimes the career you accidentally enrol in turns out to be the right one!
Kelly’s journey into real estate started at a young age, after her brother decided she could “sell ice to an Eskimo” and suggested she give real estate a go. After completing some work experience in a real estate office, Kelly set out with the intention of becoming a real estate agent — only to accidentally find herself in Property Management instead. Having no idea what a Property Manager actually was, she figured she’d give it a go… and the rest is history! After 13 years as a Property Manager, Kelly made the move into Business Development and hasn’t looked back. Now, she gets to combine her extensive property management experience with her love of working with people, helping owners understand how property management really works and finding the right approach for their investment.
For Kelly, trust and communication are everything. Having been on the other side of the desk, she knows exactly what matters to her clients and what they should expect from their Property Manager. She believes in giving honest advice, being available when her clients need her and, most importantly, keeping them in the loop — because, as Kelly says, “No one ever complains about being over-communicated to!”
Driven, reliable and genuinely happy to help, Kelly brings a wealth of experience and a nothing is too much trouble attitude to every client relationship. She’s passionate about making sure her clients feel supported, informed and confident in the decisions they’re making for their property.
Outside of HERE, Kelly is a mum first and foremost and loves spending time with her kids. When she’s not doing that, you’ll find her caravanning, gardening, renovating her home — or, perhaps not so surprisingly, out riding dirt bikes!
