Meet Tiana — with a career in real estate spanning since 2020, Tiana has worked her way from reception through maintenance coordination and into property management, where she has managed her own portfolio since 2021.
Tiana thrives in the fast-paced nature of property management and loves the problem-solving, variety and people that come with the role. Known for being loyal, straightforward and resilient, she’s always ready to jump in, get things done and have a laugh along the way.
Building genuine relationships with clients is one of the things Tiana enjoys most, making sure they feel heard, supported and confident that their property is in good hands.
Outside of work, you’ll find Tiana spending time with her partner and dogs, enjoying good coffee, watching true crime or catching up on some much-needed sleep. And after dancing for 15 years, she’s still guaranteed to be on the dance floor when the music starts!
