Since entering the industry in 2016, she has thrived in the ever-changing nature of property management, approaching every interaction with professionalism, care, and a refined understanding of what it takes to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Her background in the mining industry has further strengthened her customer care skillset, shaping her ability to connect with a diverse range of people. Through this, Laura has developed a service style grounded in consistency, empathy, and genuine understanding.
Outside of HERE (and when she’s not on a shopping spree), Laura & her family love escaping to Jurien Bay with their much-loved Labrador Retriever, Boogie, in tow.
After enjoying a special chapter on maternity leave, Laura has returned to the team with a fresh perspective and the same dedication we know and love, embracing both her role in property management and life as a first-time mum.
