As Rob’s wife, Aliesha has long been involved in the real estate industry, supporting Rob since he took the reins in 2011. But in her pivotal operations role, she’s very much at the heart of our team, providing the business co-ordination, reporting and organisational oversight that underpins HERE’s reputation for excellence. As if that isn’t enough, Aliesha juggles the needs of our team with the needs of her and Rob’s three children and studying a law degree – testament to the time and people management skills and good humour that ensure our business runs so smoothly.
