Innaloo

Innaloo is a suburb situated 10km northwest of the Perth CBD, bound by a number of major freeways and roads – providing accessibility to the city and major leisure and business areas nearby. Just one suburb back from Scarborough Beach and surrounded by other up and coming suburbs, Innaloo has shot to popularity in recent years, becoming a sought after area for families and singles alike due to its lower housing prices and prime location.

Walkways and natural parks and reserves weave their way through the suburb, and both Lake Gwelup Reserve and Herdsman Lake are just a suburb away for those who enjoy a natural lifestyle. Westfield Innaloo Shopping Centre is one of the biggest shopping malls in the state, and much-loved by locals, with hundreds of stores and facilities to choose from including the state’s largest cinema complex. Other smaller shopping areas and boutiques are situated throughout Innaloo.

The Stirling train station is accessible by bus from Innaloo, with the Joondalup line allowing a quick ride to the CBD and beyond. There are a number of primary schools located within Innaloo, and high schools in neighbouring suburbs. Innaloo is a suburb in high demand, with house prices still accessible and ideal amenities. Independent young people make up a large chunk of the Innaloo population, as well as families and older single people.
