City Beach

City Beach is a much sought after suburb of Perth situated on the coast 10km north of the CBD, located in the Town of Cambridge. With its beachside locale and one of the city’s most popular beaches on site, City Beach is loved by locals and coveted by investors. It is both a residential suburb and a much-loved spot for recreational activities and beautiful parklands. It is bound to the west by the Indian Ocean, and to the south by the West Coast Highway.

The suburb is home to several schools, a bustling foreshore populated by tourists in the summer months, sporting and recreational facilities, walking trails, restaurants, cafes and entertainment spots. Floreat Beach, City Beach and the local dog beach are all favoured by locals and those who come from afar, with surfing, volleyball and other recreational activities on offer all year round.

City Beach is an affluent suburb, and that is reflected in the boutiques, stores and restaurants within. It is home to many different singles, couples and families, with established couples and families making up the majority of the population. City Beach is both busy and quiet, with an easy balance between a quiet beach suburb and a hotspot for tourists and locals during the warmer months.
